The mighty Dr. Tam! He used to be my walk in doctor but now he’s my family and I’ve been seeing him for 4 years now ! He’s always quick, straight to the point, won’t prescribe you anything he doesn’t think you’ll need. The supporting staff here are awesome and friendly too. Best doctor I’ve ever had!

It’s exactly what you’d want from a health centre. It’s fantastic. I switched here from Dominion because my doctor there didn’t even take the time to listen to me. I don’t know if you’ll believe me but I had an appointment time of 10:30 am. And guess what? I was admitted at 10:30. No long gross wait. When I came in here, they gave me a tour of facilities which includes a massage therapist, pharmacy, physio rehab area and a cosmetic area (not open yet). Then a nurse explained how the PCN network tie in worked. And then my doctor came in. I wasn’t stuck in a disgusting germ filled waiting room for an hour after my appointment time (like I frequently was with Dominion). If you’re looking for a new doctor or not quite happy with yours. Check this place out.

I was quite worried when my family doctor switched locations – but after my first visit to see her at Imagine Health, I couldn’t have been happier.This is a gorgeous facility – complete with an onsite pharmacy and a beautiful waiting room. I wasn’t waiting for long though – As soon as I sat down, my name was called! In addition to the prompt service, the staff was friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. I was also impressed by the short wait time when phoning in. I was seen on time, and as always, Dr. Shibata spent adequate time ensuring that both of my concerns were fully addressed. She’s WONDERFUL! I was impressed by the large size of the exam room, and everything felt very clean and fresh. It is a welcome change from so many other offices. Imagine Health has everything I could want from a Health Clinic.

A	Animesh Gupta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested my X-ray results from them to send it over to my Chiropractor. After more than 10 phone call and an email, I still don't have my results. According to their policy, if I come in person, then they can charge me and provide the report but if I request the reports over email, then they need approval from the doctor on grounds of confidentiality. This is getting very annoying. The front desk staff is not consistent with the policies and the worst customer service I have experienced from a clinic.
L	Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A week with no medication. I've been going here for a few years and their service has always been okay - but not great. Staff are friendly but doctors are often dismissive and talk down to you as if you're uneducated. Going into the Christmas holidays my appointment was cancelled, then so late over the phone the next day the pharmacy was closed. The next day my pharmacy couldn't read the doctor's name and there was no licence provided so they couldn't refill my prescription. Because the clinic was closed by this time again I had to wait once more until the next day - Christmas Eve. The result? Closed again despite being listed as open (admittedly there is an alert their hours may be affected, but it still says open) and their phone tree is basically broken (push star to return does nothing then it auto hangs up) so now I'm going to go a week without my medication. I know a person shouldn't wait late to refill their prescription but I had the better part of a week. Could not be more annoyed by the poor service, and concerned others could experience gaps in their medications as well. Good in a pinch, but do not recommend if there are viable alternatives.

Be warned, if you are not white, it will take forever for them to address ir process your concern. Simple appointment takes hours. They do not value peoples time.

And then there are doctors who earn their degree based on brains but have not ethically and morality spontaneous intellectual smarts!! This schooled doctor has neither!! This doctor is just another schooled student who has earned thier way for the all mighty dollar. There's natural doctors and there's doctors just to earn money she's a doctor just for earning money and that's that!!
P	PD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I imagine they are probably fairly busy, but they seem very disorganized and preoccupied with themselves to be of any help. If you need contact with your doctor more than twice a year, I would definitely say avoid.

I've also seen other doctors at Imagine Health and am impressed with the great quality of health care I receive from doctors and staff at this clinic. I will continue to refer family and friends for exceptional care.
C	Cassandra Thibault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor seemed friendly (the only reason they're getting two stars). They are very unreliable and aren't good at communicating with their patients. My first appointment was cancelled only hours beforehand and, I live an hour and a half out of town. They managed to rebook, that one went fine. This is my second appointment with the same doctor, it's supposed to be a 15 minute phone call and I've been waiting 3 hours for her to call, so far. No one warned me that she wouldn't be able to make the appointment. When I call them, best they can tell me is that she will try to call me this afternoon... I'm still waiting. Great way to waste a day off sitting by the phone, if that's what you're into. Do NOT book an appointment here if you have anything else going on, that day. Ironically, we're supposed to be discussing my anxiety, among other things. She said she was well-versed in mental health issues, which just makes this worse; like she knows very well how this would affect someone in my situation. The resources I've been offered, I don't even qualify for. It's like they're trying to push people over the edge when we're already struggling. If you can find another clinic, do that.
