I'm a patient of Dr. Ryan and have had invisalign for FIVE YEARS. I am 100% the delinquent patient who should have been finished over four years ago but life got in the way and extended the process by far too long - to the point where my term expired on the invisalign and I couldn't completely finish my process with the last few trays... BUT this is completely my own fault. Dr. Ryan and his team have been so great. When I began this process my teeth were extremely crooked, overlapping and I couldn't properly chew let alone bite down and comfortably close my mouth. I have had to cancel/reschedule almost every appointment I've had, and I've had new scans and new plans made in between to get to this result. I never used to smile. Now I smile all of the time and it honestly made my face more symmetrical. I can actually chew and close my mouth properly. Even now my teeth are different sizes and worn down in different areas, I've had fillings and the integrity of them has changed (again my own fault). Dr. Ryan worked his magic and I honestly never thought they could look this good without having veneers. And for the professionalism and attitude of Dr. Ryan and his staff, I've always had a great experience and greatly appreciate the fact that they've always been understanding with my situation. Again this took five years, that's embarrassing and I haven't received any attitude or additional costs to finish this. And I'm always in a good mood when I leave because everyone is always so personable, I honestly don't know if I'd have the same attitude with a patient like myself! Also regarding having to wait for an extended period of time before my appointment - it happens at every business and is almost always because previous patients/clients/customers are running late or a particular appointment took longer than expected and there was additional time spent with that person to make sure things were done accurately - I have been on both sides of this and have gratitude and respect for this. So again, thank you so so much to Dr. Ryan and his staff for fixing my biggest insecurity and creating an all around great experience for me. I highly recommend and wouldn't go to anyone else.

Dr. Ryan handled my invisalign. Their pricing was extremely competitive and the care I received during the course of my treatment was catered to my individual needs (my teeth are very stubborn). I do see where some of the other reviewers points are valid as all businesses have their challenges, but overall, the care you will receive from their clinic will leave you feeling confident that you made the right choice. I recommend Image to everyone I come across. My only wish was that they had a couple days of the week that they were open later.

Dr. Ryan and his staff are highly professional. For 2+ years they greeted me with warm smiles and encouragement. I had a severe case of crowded, crooked and horrible teeth positions. Dr. Ryan and his team skillfully aligned my teeth so I can now smile without worries. My brace’s results have been unreal and I couldn’t be happier!

Wow! What an amazing team! I've been a patient for a few years now and all I can say is, I have never experienced such incredible service or a team that has truly cared so much about their patients. All of the assistants have been nothing but kind and show tremendous diligence. I would 100% recommend booking yourself a consult if you think you need orthodontic treatment! I got my braces off on Tuesday, it's Thursday today and I am still tearing up. Someone compliments me, I comfortably bite something, I can FLOSS easily. Dr Lacousiere and his team gave me something I can't put into words. The confidence to smile or speak without trying to hide my teeth, I'M 35 - that's a lot of life to hide. I had a complicated, long and painful journey. Even when I wanted to give up, Dr L stuck it out with me. He saw where we were going and made it happen. In the end, if you're "older" and on the fence about taking the plunge, I encourage you to DO IT and GO with Image. 10/10 recommend - thank you all for this long ride, and celebrating this amazing success with me. I appreciate it SO MUCH!
