Image In White Wedding Gallery

I am very happy with Image in White. Linda picked out the perfect dress, and I bought it! It was the one! She took me in without an appointment. I didn't feel rushed at all. She actually got me in the dress and tightened it. Storybook only did the first string on the corset so obviously it didn't fit properly and look nice. I also got 100$ off the dress and 100$ off the veil. She was very nice, funny, and made the experience enjoyable. At Storybook, I felt rushed and pushed to get a certain dress. Not fun at all. I loved my experience at Image and will recommend it!

Definitely the place to go for formal wear, went for a wedding dress apt just didnt have what we were looking for. Lady was super nice. Was annoyed that there was signage stating no pictures until you say yes to the dress!!

I bought my bridesmaid dresses there and it was a wonderful experience. Lynda new exactly what I wanted and picked out the most beautiful dresses for me. She knew what looked good on the girls and what would fit them best. She would not let us leave with dresses that we weren't happy with. They were all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back!

Not impressed with this store at all. The person who was supposed to be helping us was not helpful at all, they offered no assistance getting into our out of dresses or ideas of what might make a beautiful choice. I was also very disappointed with how unprofessional she was, even the way she was dressed seemed inappropriate. I feel like the person who is trying to sell me a several thousand dollar gown should be dressed in business attire, not what could pass as gym clothes. Fortunately I have amazing friends who did all the work the sales person should have soI could actually try some dresses. I definitely did not but my dress hear and would not recommend it to anyone. Both the gallery and storybook were wonderful here in town, and David's bridal in Edmonton was an excellent choice of you are traveling.

I have to say when I went there with my bridesmaids to pick out dresses for them the service was great! The lady that helped us was helpful and took all the girls measurements and contact and mailing information. In the shop it was a great experience for us. My disappointment was when it came to my girls contacting the shop to make their payments and check on the status of their Dresses, the lady who they had dealt with them was very rude and short with them, one of my girls even got hung up on! To hear about this was a huge disappointment. My understanding now is that this person no longer works there. After that experience one of my girls was able to get touch with a new worker that came into this blind and had to clean up someone else’s poor customer service. This lady was able to do some digging and get her order straightened out, which I was happy to hear and my girl had much better experience with her. The lady even called me to keep me in the loop and talk about what had happened with my other girls from before. She apologized for them having a not so good experience and was even willing to call each of my bridesmaids to apologize for their poor experience and make things right. I appreciated that very much and do feel for her for being put in a situation that wasn’t her fault at all but am happy and felt much better after discussing my disappointment and having our situation smoothed out.

Love the dramatic, open the doors to view the dress moments! That's what a mother of the bride loves. Christie was helpful in deciding what it was my daughter was looking for and guiding her to that perfect dress. So many bad things about COVID, but having all the attention and store to ourselves...... awesome! Thanks for all your help.

I accompanied my friend who was trying on some prom dresses. She's not a tiny person and she doesn't wear dresses and was already a little out of her comfort zone, also all of the dresses were incredibly sparkly and some looked like they've been there for maybe 10 years? All of the dresses the lady put her in were either huge or way to small. She made comments that they probably won't have lots they could even order in her size and she was visibility uncomfortable. I felt judged just being there. Horrible customer service, highly don't recommend if you are bigger or don't typically wear dresses.

Shopping here single handedly tainted my wedding dress shopping experience. When shopping for my dress I felt extremely pressured to buy an off the rack dress that was $500 over my budget and a bit too small. The consultant told me that it was a “one of a kind” dress so I could not get it in a bigger size, and that it would only require minimal alterations to fit me. Since they do not do holds and do not allow photos, I ended up returning the next day to buy the dress since I loved it and feared it would be gone since i was repeatedly reminded it was “one of a kind”. A few months later I stumbled upon my dress on Instagram and discovered it could be ordered and is currently being sold in many stores (in my size) brand new for $800 less than I paid. I brought this up to the store hoping they could order it in my size (I did not ask for the extra $800 back), but they were entirely dismissive. After this they began screening my calls, and were very rude when I went in to speak with them. I tried to come to a compromise (suggested letting it out for free and me paying for remaining alterations) but they would not hear anything from me. I am now 2 months out from my wedding and have to sell this dress on my own and find a new one for myself. They also removed the designer tag from the gown leaving it bare. I am completely heart broken from this experience and disgusted at how I was treated. I honestly thought I was making fair suggestions to mutually salvage the situation yet I was treated extremely poorly in return. Even their own seamstress was sympathetic to my situation. There are many other disturbing details that took place during this “exchange” (including the fact my dress never even left the store while all this happened, and that my “minor alterations” were later quoted to be $1000 but was dropped down because I broke into tears in the store), but in summary I was played, lied to, and treated like absolute dirt.
