The classes that I liked the most was the Professional Sales one, directed by the teacher Dennis Caleb. Despite the fact that the classes were online, the teacher did everything to avoid the boredom of the students. He is a very creative person, dynamic and completely understanding towards my personal needs. I also consider that he has a lot of knowledge about what he teaches, he knows all about sales and he knows how to teach to others. I really appreciated the fact that he gave us his Linkedin contact in case we would need any recommendations in the future.

It’s like teaching customer service skills and having none.
