★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse than useless applied for emergency passport Wednesday the 8th June. Replacement will take two days UTTER tosh!! They use DHL and passport issued in Spain .....Yes Spain and have not got e mail telling me it is Germany where they will send to London and then canada or will be Rwanda?It is now the 11th and when I rang the consulate office they said out of our hands and of course closed at the weekend. Someone needs sacking
