S	Saki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am enjoying my college life at SSC. SSC is a good place to study for international students too. Instructors and stuffs are supportive and kind. I am taking an ECE basic course now. I am enjoying to study about this course. My instructor is Karen Abalos. She is kind and supportive. And she has a passion to teach. She knows each student well. And she respects the individual personality of each student and offer support for everyone. Her class is always fun. She always offer comfortable envrionment to students. Her explanation of lesson is easy to understand. Because she include her experience story a lot. So students can understand easily. Also for example, when international students met new difficult vocabulary, she changed that to easy words or explain about that vocabulary too. So it easy to understand her class for international students too. I am glad that she is my instructor. I want to learn a lot from her in the future too! Thank you!

Sprott Shaw College did an amazing job making remote learning seamless, and having graduated last year I find myself to still be using the skills and knowledge that I have acquired over the past couple of years. On top of that, I am incredibly grateful to have Karen Abalos as my teacher throughout my whole journey! There is nothing that I miss more than the amazing classroom environment that she has single-handedly created for me and my classmates. If you’re interested in the ECE field, Sprott Shaw College is the place to go!

She is an incredibly caring, understand, thoughtful instructor. Highly recommend Sprott Shaw especially Karen ?

When I have any questions, she is so patient and explain detail. And especially, she reply to an email so fast. I would love that. Karen is one of the best teacher I have ever had. If they have 10 stars, she deserves 10 stars on google review. :)))

She is very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and it is really easy to follow the class' discussions when she teaches. She can get the class engaged even when we do it online. If only we can have her as a Lab Instructor too. We have learned so much from her and she always is available for any of our questions. Our class is really lucky to have her.

She patiently teaches us the modules and she makes sure that she would review with us before and after every quizzes. The course may be challenging but because of the dedication and patience of my instructor-Mindy Thandi, I am more motivated to learn. Thank you Mindy! :) The other staffs have been very approachable and kind. They have been a big help to us. I very much appreciate the assistance.
