It started a few months back when I was looking for an engagement ring. I had a friend refer me to another vendor before his brother referred me to Oren. After meeting Oren, I felt his personal engagement an will to do things right was my main decision of sticking it out with him. My first appt was a slight disappointment as I didn't see any stones I liked. However, Oren mentioned he had some potential stones that he may be able to get his hands on. An hr later we were back in his office with a stone picked out. He made it happen!! Over the next several weeks we met a few times to go over the details as there was a particular style we wanted for the engagement and wedding band. I had also picked out what I wanted for my band and off we went. Pictures of the development were sent back and forth and stop by to see the waxing was available. Next thing I knew the rings were done, inspected and appraised. Oren was very knowledgeable and really worked to make the process easy, fun and within my comfort. He explained every step along the way and if something wasn't what we thought initially he made sure to explain it. I applaud him for a great experience and would recommend anyone wishing to create a great piece of treasure.
