E	Evan Wee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably a family owned business with a very pretty showroom housing the hardwood, vinyl and stone that they are distributors for. Ideal Home Design also installs although their rates are higher than average. They carry Twelve Oaks, which is a quality brand of flooring that is not as widely distributed at the moment. Staff was very polite and open about his pricing. If you are looking to source Twelve Oaks products, this is the place.

They coordinated the installation of all new HVAC, windows, kitchen cabinets and appliances, and recommended people for each. They coordinated with the building department for the building permit, as well as the electrical inspection as well. Walls were removed, flooring replaced (stairs were hand crafted to match the hardwood on the main floor)...the list goes on. The quality of products that they provided is great, and their attention to detail is fantastic. The design guidance was also so valuable. Very happy with the work.

The had great stone options which is what brought us to them in the first place through Google. Their crew of installers were all very professional and kept our home clean which we really appreciated as we had just moved in and was living on site. Raphael discovered a few issues upon opening the walls up ( it happens! ) but was able to problem solve and bring in the proper people to deal with issues as they popped up. Other contractors might have just covered over the problems and moved along but this company really care that things are done properly. We were very happy to go with Ideal and look forward to doing other projects with them.

My husband and I came with only vague ideas on the styling and Annette guided us in selecting quality materials that created a cohesive vision throughout the house which transforms the space we are in. For our current house remodeling work, we especially love the choices we made in our master bathroom and powder room, which give them such interesting character and fitting to our personal style. Our large project had slowed somewhat because of Covid 19 and we lost our designer. Fortunately for us, Anette and Rafael stepped in and took on the work. Annette was a great person to work with as far as design and product selection. Rafael managed the trades, some of the best I've seen. In particular the Ceramic Tile installer. Amazing work. Ideal Home Design was always on schedule, managed the hiccups extremely well and finished with excellent quality. The products they offered, ranging from tile to flooring and plumbing was always first rate grade.
