Got a β€œdelivery attempt” note on the door. With a Quebec address to pick it up from. I leave in BC. Checked online status to locate the package - no address was listed. Googled the nearest location to pick it up myself, spent 40min to get there. Only to receive a note, that the package had been dropped off at the local general delivery service office… so another 40 min to come back. my bad too, as I probably should’ve thought about it myself, yeah, but what kind of service is this..?

A terrible experience with ICS courier. There was no knock at the door on my delivery day and they never followed up afterwards. The tracking number was useless as the drop off location changed every day. After calling them, they finally let me know where my package ended up and that I only had 3 business days to pick it up. Customer service was poor, I hope to never have to deal with this company in the future.

Absolutely the worst shipping company I've ever been scammed into using. Blatant lies everyday about expected delivery. For the last 4 business days I've been told it'll come tomorrow, just to have it pushed another day when tomorrow comes. When will companies learn? No one cares how fast you pretend to be, actions speak louder than words and all youre doing is lying. I've never wanted a company to fail than this one. And based on all the reviews it is heading that way.

The delivery person most definitely just took a picture of my package in front of my house as proof of delivery and then took it, as the time of delivery confirmation on the tracking and when I checked for it was a difference of like ten minutes. I was home and there was no doorbell or knock, not even an attempt. I live in an older house and I guess it's obvious I don't have a camera to prove it. Customer service was actually quite polite but completely useless.

The WORST. Truly have never had a worse experience with a delivery service in my life. Delivery notice was given, but they did not even attempt to ring the bell as was instructed several times in my shipping info (was home all day to receive the package). The notice was left inside my building on my mailbox, so they also didn't try to bring it to my door which was clearly noted on the shipping instructions as well. Went onto the website and it showed that the package was being held at a location 1.5 hour drive from my house. Drove there to pick it up, they said they didn't have it?!? They instructed me that it would be at the other location, one hour drive away. I go there, and they tell me that it's not at that location either and MUST BE AT THE FIRST LOCATION I VISITED. In the end, no one knows where my package is and I can't even get ahold of them to track it down. I repeat. THE. WORST.

If I could give these guys 0 stars i would. Their tracking information is not accurate or even correct. They will just automatically choose the next business day but wont deliver. I ordered an item the store had it sent to them for pick up next day and it took over 19 days for EXPRESS PRIORITY SHIPPING. Worst customer service as well when you try to get an answer. Pass the buck is what their moto should be. DO NOT USE.

I'm not sure where companies find these horrible delivery services from. I had a package that said it was out for delivery every day from Jan 4-Jan 8. Then when it finally does get delivered at 9:02 pm, nobody knocks or rings my doorbell to let me know. That's fine though, I will receive notification via an alert right? Yeah 8 hours later at 5 am. My package sat outside in the rain/snow for 8 hours, really is a miracle it wasn't stolen. I would immediately cancel your shipment if you see this company is delivering your item. Not worth the stress of wondering if it'll get stolen overnight or not.

Falsely reported attempted delivery time, after failed delivery before office opened at 8:00 am. I was walking to the office this morning when I saw the delivery driver walking away with my package from the front door. It was 8:00am - our business hours of operation (along with most of the rest of the world) is 8:30 am. It gets worse - the tag on the door falsely claimed "attempted delivery at 9:10 am". I called customer service 30 minutes ago, impossible to reach an actual person and I am still on hold as I write this review... brutal.
