When my brother and I first got into cutting I had visited Rob and he had set us up with everything we need to start out! Not once did I feel like he was pressuring us into buying anything I did not need. Fast forward to today I had visited Rob again and nothing has changed, still the best customer service from the start he even went out of his way to service me even though he was closed. If you’re looking for the best prices and best customer service in the GTA than Rob and ICONICMEN are the way to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iconic grooming has decent prices, but customer service was not the best experience. I had spoken to Rob on the phone and seemed to be alright, my shipment was done wrong so I ended up driving to pick up my order so I could have before the New Years. When on the phone Rob seemed apologetic and said he would give me something for my inconvenience (hair grippers) which I thought he meant was a gift. I then asked him if I could have a refund on my shipping because I didn’t get it shipped and drove almost 2 hours to pick up and told me that’s why he gave me the hair grippers. Which didn’t make sense to me. After a bit of back and forth he gave me the refund back for shipping but attitude was sour. Don’t think I’ll be purchasing from here again

He called me a liar with respect to a delivery issue even though I have proof to the contrary. Just expect to have to go and pick items up even if they are promised to be shipped to your address.
