Very poor rate and a service fee. I didn't have time to shop around and got some Euros just before getting on the plane, this mistake cost me around $70 with the poor exchange rate offered. I have figured out now I'm better off just waiting to get the country of destination and withdrawing from an atm, way better rate direct from my bank and a smaller fee.

Sneaky, and diceptive. I asked for a quote which was provided on a calculator as there was no rates on the screen. Gave the money as I agreed and then received 10% less than the quote. He smiles and says a $5.95 service fee that isn't posted anywhere obvious. Sorry No refunds. One has to be desperate to use these crooks. Stay away. Use a credit card or a bank. Should have known better.

I have ordered SA Rand for pick-up at the airport and found the rates to be highly competitive. Also, I used the Chat feature to modify the order and they were fast and helpful. All round a great service.

Warning! They will tell you its the aktuell rate from Stock Exchange. Don Not Change there, i lost 500 Dollar because of that explanation.

I ordered my currency exchange online and it was super easy. There are no fees if you order online and go pickup in store, so I thought that was super nice. Very convenient as well! Customer service was super helpful also! I 110% recommend ICE for your currency exchange needs!

I had a simple question about how to convert Canadian currency into Australian currency at the Vancouver airport. Your website said you are open 24 hours a day but currently closed, so I was a bit confused at first, but I tried your online chat, which was helpful. Carol responded to me and gave me a phone number to call with my inquiry. Unfortunately I had to dial the number three times, as the first two times I was cut off. When I finally got a person, he told me it would be no problem and confirmed the location of the currency exchange on level three and that they would have sufficient cash available. Getting this information took longer than I thought it should, but I am confident that I now know where to go and what to do.

The lady working there tried to rip me off. I gave her Thai baht and she converted it to Canadian, then to usd, charging me multiple transaction fees and exchange rates- even though I very clearly and succinctly said I wanted usd. I caught her and made her do it properly... And what do you know- I recieved more money.

The exchange rate is absolutely inflated. I bought $100 USD for $144.55 (including $5.95 fee). Right after the exchange, I checked foreign cash order with my online banking and they would have charged $129.95.
