The security and management is doing a really great job at improving the building and making it a fantastic place to live in. If you are a professional, love a great location and everything being at your finger tips, this is the place to be!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lived Here one year , I definitely love it , The lobby area conveniently connected to the path. Most units have really nice views ,concierge and security services are excellent and staff are consistently friendly. Between Ice 1 and 2, there are two gyms (weights and cardio), a pool, children’s play room, massage room, several party rooms, etc. Lobby and common areas are usually well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am seeing this building for last 6 years. There has been phenomenal improvement. Lifts are working excellent. Maintenance has improved remarkably. Management has gone very strict on short term rentals. Following the City regulations. Excellent location of downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning view!!!! Fire alarm and elevator issues are okay, and security department is working hard to help improve residence experience. I definitely will recommend ice condo to other people who would love to enjoy the view and convenience of connection to path!
