★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor. Crashed my truck over a month ago, they reached out twice left me voice messages, and I called back 4 times and left messages. Just to have them call about 2 days ago to ask about my address. NOTHING about my truck, but they did ask how I was doing which was nice.
