★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We still use alport for our insurance but might be switching as the lady who handled our insurance plans retired or left the business and the new person who took over our account keeps trying to sell us on plans that are no use to us and would just cost us more money. There is limited space when you go in and randomly it can be very busy. They do everything from ICBC to house insurance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought atv insurance through this agency. Paid for the year. Sold my ATV after 6 months. Applied for my refund and was told that no refund was forthcoming as "the premium had been earned" already. So I was out several hundred dollars. RIP OFF!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to title a vehicle after purchasing from an elderly couple. Was told they signed it the wrong spot. Went to Qualicum to have the former owners resign. Took papers back to Alport and after 20 min of messing around, was told the signatures weren't exact enough. I have been insuring my vehicles there since moving here 5 years ago. No longer. Made me feel like I was committing fraud in front of my 2 children. Coastal was more than helpful and friendly. You lost a customer.
