★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was completely blown away by the new guy Hive Cannabis hired "Colby", and by no means a slight on any of the other team members who always provide a joyful visit.
I had come in looking for Damion, as I was having some issues with some of the accessories I had purchased 2 weeks previous.
Right from start until the moment I walked out, this gentleman handled my concerns, my frustrations, my questions, and ultimately I walked away feeling good about life and the people in it, after a very long, long time in my retail experience.
The listening skills, approachable attitude, the confident demeanor and personable and down-to-earth friendliness but most of all their excellent customer service and communication style - made my day and reaffirmed my faith in kind people still existing.
