★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Port Alberni to visit family for Christmas, while I was there I stopped by BC Cannabis store after checking out the website for their products, when I walked into the store I was immediately checked that I was obeying their Covid rules, then the sales lady asked me what I was looking for and took me to the displays, she was very informative about the products I was interested in, I ended up getting 28grams of a hybrid strain for $99 , good ? stuff. I would definitely come back to this store if I lived in Port. Merry Christmas ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Excellent shop! Wasn't sure what to expect out of a Government store, but the staff were fantastic, as was the product. Knowledgeable and patient, I found exactly the kind of strain I was looking for, and I'm pretty picky, as certain strains either leave me dumb, or paranoid. The prices were also more than reasonable.
Definitely coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although most of the staff are very friendly, if there is a problem with a product management told me I had to deal with suppliers directly. Being a government store I would think they would deal with problems from suppliers even as a safety concern.
I got a bad vial of pineapple express. Tasted stale and musty, nothing like the previous ones. I can't use it and store wouldn't offer a break in price on replacement or exchange, nothing, just "bring it up with supplier.
