Rita Dassa in the lending department is such a pleasure to deal with on a regular basis, she is always on top of getting every challenge sorted out in a timely manner. The branch manager and the staff are friendly and always going above and beyond. Rita is my favourite person in this branch who provides exceptional service . I would give her a million stars instead of 5 stars. Way to o Rita !!! Thank you so much for your great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a mortgage with this company and an open mortgage, on closing there was a mistake with a penalty for mortgage discharge, I sent an email to the company and in 2 days they call me and everything was fixed, they will reimburse the penalty that was mistakenly added to the mortgage discharge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real, real sneaks! I took out a mortgage with them. When it was time for me to pay it off, they nailed me with a $ 12,400 penalty. My lawyer was shocked with how unwilling they were to listen to reason. These people pretend to be your big buddies but as soon as you’re about to leave, the fangs come out and they’re absolutely ruthless! Stick with the real banks. These guys are crooks in suits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a mortgage broker and I want to give a 4 star rating to IC savings Union. I had a very unpleasant situation with one of my clients and I just want to stay, I called into management, explained the situation, Bruce took down the information and stated he would look into it for me & get back. Within 30 minutes the situation was rectified. It is great to know this is an operation where there are people in charge who still who care about doing the right thing! Thanks ICSavings! I love the local lenders who run their business hands on!

Over past 7 years several times I ended up takling to Rita Dassa asking for help about issues that often wasn't her direct responsibility. Every single time I was impressed by her dedication, care and professionalism. One of the most pleasant people in IC Saving that makes you believe you belong with them.
