★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the summer of 2021, I had the pleasure of having a Reiki session from Jodi.
Having never had Reiki done before I didn’t know what to expect, but a few days prior to the actual session we had a mini session which opened my eyes to the whole experience. During the full moon we did an intention setting session, we pulled cards and closed our eyes while we set our intentions. When I opened my eyes, my mouth tasted like I had a mouthful of pennies. It was terrible and I panicked a bit, Jodi came over to me and did a mini session and the taste went away. Her focus was on my left knee and foot. Many years ago, I was in a car accident and my left foot was damaged so that made sense to me.
A few days later we had the “real” session. I closed my eyes and within seconds I felt our energy connect! Throughout the process I was aware that she instinctively knew where to go on my body, I had a strange pressure on one of my knees and she immediately went to that area. At one point when she was by my feet, I felt a vibration travel through my body causing one of my eyes to tear and I was given three messages. Two of the messages were related to my health and one was about my relationship with my father which at times was difficult. I came away feeling better and knew in my soul that the messages were the truth.
It was honestly one of the best alternative practices I’ve ever experienced and I can’t wait to have another one!
