What a rip-off!!! On motorcycles - 3 bikes. Charged $45 to camp less than 6 feet from your neighbor. I bet the trailers that take far more space did not pay that for a site with no facilities only a outhouse.

The area is sheltered from the wind. The site manager was friendly and helpful. Wood can be purchased and the outhouses are decent. A few of the site could stand to be leveled had to place the tent on the parking spot as the rest of the site was pretty lumpy

Great for rv/mobile homes. Sites are large. Tenting looked a bit more in a grassy field. But for 12$ a night its worth it. We kayaked on the lake...it was lovely. Would go back. Lots of ATV trails around so be aware of the noise. There are off site camping around the lake for free as well.

Good spot to stop off at. Nice views on the water. Only let down was there isn't any running water to top up our bottles while traveling the KVR. We could buy some bottles from the staff there however.

Beautiful, peaceful camp site alongside Hydraulic Lake with easy and convenient access during the spring, summer, and early fall. Surrounded by nature and with endless opportunities for hiking, running, stand-up paddling, or kayaking. My favourite activity is running along the KVR and stopping to take in the scenery along the way. Sites are clean and well-kept. I've also really appreciated the new addition of paid high-speed WiFi (very affordable), which has allowed me to extend my trips and combine work WITH play. Bonus!

Great little site by a beautiful lake. Nice site host, several good spots away from others, if you get there early. My kids loved the wifi! Great addition for safety and connecting with home while away. I'll be back!

It’s a pretty quiet campground in early May. Great for some solitude moments. Many hiking trails if you take in some of the cross country ski trails across the road. Clean well kept sites. No services. Good campfire pits and picnic tables. Outhouses well maintained. Large enough sites for my 36’ motorhome. A little bumpy road getting there but easily manageable at low speeds. Nice lakes with several people fishing etc.
