★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few camping spots and a nice restroom near the water. Fantastic views if it's clear or snowed in! Be careful on the trail when it's snowed and drying since the wood on the trails will create hidden holes for you to fall into!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picturesque camping spot with all the amenities you would want in backcountry camping. The camping pads were all full and the overflow was sparse. Needs more places to tent. The new outhouses are a neat design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for camping overnight, although it can be pretty crowded in the summertime! Dry toilets and a food cage nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy hike in and out. Sadly that means families can also make the hike. If you don’t want kids running and screaming around the board walks near your tent, don’t come on a Saturday night. Also, if you expect two sites for your said screaming children, don’t come on a Saturday night.
10/10 would come again, just never on a Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well marked trail , mostly boardwalk. Helen Mackenzie lake has about 10 spots , they are a little close together but perfect for a night if your continuing on to the next lake. Battleship lake is also close by to go for a swim.
