A small rural campground, located just 5km from Picture Butte, Alberta and 20 minutes from Lethbridge, Alberta. Countryside is bordered by prairie farmland to the North, East and South; and across the road to the West, the Picture Butte Golf Club. Started in 2005, when approximately 4.5 acres were subdivided from an adjacent grain field to create this little oasis. We welcome you to come and experience what we have to offer, and enjoy the quiet, peaceful country lifestyle.

Got someone on the phone and inquired about staying for just one night, we got told that all the full service sites are booked permanently, and since we were only staying 1 night we didn't need water anyway. Sorry Countryside Campground, but you do not dictate what your customers may or may not need. Wont bother even calling you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying long term for work. Very quiet,very clean,close to town and right across from golf course. Although hook up sites only have power and sewage, water stations have enough hose to pull to any location in campground to fill holding tank.

This quiet, peaceful campground is a great, family fun place to land your RV and play a round of golf or just relax and enjoy the great outdoors of Southern Alberta !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome stay at this hidden gem! After a long drive in from Edmonton and appointments in Lethbridge, we decided to stay here for the weekend. Wow, so glad we did! Friendly, pretty, quiet, tidy, well run, clean and with everything you need laid out so conveniently. A little fire pit, picnic table, level gravel to park on and soft grass to stretch out on under a perfect shade tree! Enjoyed a big beautiful Alberta sky, a vast farmer's field right behind our site and quiet star-gazing at night.
Need to fill your water? Power, dump station, garbage, recycling, firewood, clean restroom or a shower? No problem, they've got it! They've got all the little details covered here. We also got a warm, friendly welcome, so that's all of the boxes checked! Bonus: Picture Butte Golf Course (27 holes!) a short stroll across the street.
We thought this was going to be a busy, chaotic weekend running around to our appointments, but we ended up feeling like we had a holiday! Superb job Countryside Campground! You can tell a lot of work goes in to keeping up this sweet campground so we just wanted to say, thank you from site 16 - we really appreciated it! Hope to see you again soon for another round of golf and a campfire. Angie & Kevin
