His proactive follow up and attention to detail service makes me feels like everything has been taken good care. The technician that he sent onsite for the furnace and water heater installation are amazing, thank you Bruce for all the hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently used the services of HVAC Ontario for replacement of our old water tank with a tankless water heater. Mr. Abdul was are sales rep and has demonstrated outstanding professionalism from the inspection all through the installation process. He was knowledgeable, articulate, honest and specific in explaining the requirements. Installation was done by courteous Bruce in a timely and professional manner. I also took note of Mr. Abdul's care for his clients when he went extra mile sorting out the return of our old water tank and helping me closing our rental agreement and saving me from an unnecessary headache.! Very highly recommended!!!!

Making matters harder we had planned to go away for three weeks,we took everything we thought we needed. Abdullah kept in touch with us along the way till our product was installed . Thanks again for your hard work and patience on our behalf. Please don’t hesitate to buy your furnance from hvac Ontario –they are very professional and very reasonable in pricing—I would highly recommend Abdullah and his workers who installed the furnance in our house --- excellent job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called HVAC after my conventional rental 40 gallon water heater started leaking on Monday. Spoke to Abdul, discussed a few options and decided to buy a Rinnai RU160 tankless heater to own vs renting. The installers arrived on time next day and had the old tank out and new system installed in 2 hours! Clean professional installation and no mess to clean up, I'm very impressed compared to previous experiences with the likes of Enbridge and Enercare. Highly recommend HVAC Ontario.

Also completed attic insulation and they were quick and cleaned up after.
I’d definitely use them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used HVAC Ontario service for attic insulation and tankless water heater installation. I had great experience with this team and I would share some fantastic customer touch points they provided.
1. Before the appointment day , I tried to go to attic to take some pics and accidentally broke a dry wall. When I informed this to HVAC team, they sent a dry wall professional (late in the evening) to help me fix the celling dry wall. He was a thorough professional and charged me a minimal fare for the service.
2. The next day the attic insulation team showed up on time and completed their job. Took before and after pics and ensured they will be sharing them with auditor for energy rebate. They shared the images with me as well.
3. During after noon the tech team for tankless water heater showed up and did a thorough job. Cleaned up the work place after job. Very friendly and the experience reflected in their work.
Promised any assistance or support for 5 years and asked me to give a call for any issues. Hope I get the rebate with the help of auditor they referred and a Great service in future
