Great service great guys

The guy did a great job in one of our units.

I have used Save-on Mechanical several times. They know what they are doing and are also very thoughtful and helpful in an emergency.

@lil’ Mum’s DIY: When our technician showed up to the after hours emergency call he was not treated at all cordially. The technician tried to contact the suppliers after hours emergency to get the parts but was unable to get an answer, even after leaving several messages. He then called our owner to try to track down the parts that were required. Again, the parts could not be found. The owner talked to you, and also to the property management company, to let you both know what was happening. He told you that if the supplier called us back then he would get a hold of you otherwise we would take care of the issue Tuesday morning. You agreed that this was acceptable. Then on Tuesday morning you called and the owner talked to you once again and told you that the tech was on a job but that he had arranged for the parts to be picked up from the supplier and then the tech would be on his way to your place. Again, you agreed that this was acceptable. Then ten minutes after that you called the owner back and started to rudely demand that you were a woman and that we needed to be there immediately. He finally told you that we did not deserve to be treated or talked to the way you were talking to us and the owner told you that we would not be coming back to your place to fix anything. The next day you showed up at our office and lied about your name and where you were from, even when the owner directly asked you if you were the lady he had been dealing with. He told you where you would be able to find the part you were looking for and you left, but not before making a few snide remarks to the owner and the office staff. In Save On’s 20+ years in business, we have never had a customer treat us this poorly, especially on an after hours call.

Very disappointed in this company. They did a heating repair in the condo we rent while we were at work and I came home to find my furniture pushed and moved all over the place, garbage left on the dresser, and they damaged a painting when they shoved our bedframe into it. I then emailed to let them know what had been done and they claimed twice that they did not receive the email (which is not possible seeing as they confirmed on the phone it was received when I sent it the second time). After calling and emailing for about a month I have received no response, apology, or minimal attempt to correct the situation.

Unprofessional company on every level. Lack of courtesy, manners, civility, and unprofessionalism was only to be outdone by the technicians bizarre behavior. Girlfriend was alone and had to ask him to leave our property 3 times after his rude questioning made her uncomfortable. It goes deeper than this but I’ll leave it up to your imagination. If the individual wants to discuss this more in person, my name is with the review. I’m an easy guy to find and not in the best mood. Loser company.

Excellent service. Dean is a fantastic technician. He went out of his way to get us a part, and had our air conditioning running cool in no time. Absolutely impressed and I will only use Save-On for my furnace and air conditioning needs. Thank you Dean for your professionalism

Save On Mechanical is too cool, as is their technician, Dean. We've had little to no success with other companies. We called this morning and Dean was present this afternoon to service our high-rise condo HVAC (w/ heat pump) and thermostat. We are once again "chill!" Dean is professional, personable and humorous. He was transparent, and took the time to make us feel comfortable with the system, diagnostics, and repairs. You couldn't ask for a better technician with character, ethics and a sound reputation. Dean and Save On Mechanical are trustworthy, honest and have a desire to offer the best client service and delivery. We are so impressed that we are announcing our positive experience with all the condo residents, our Board, Property Management, family and friends. Thank you Janette for assisting us in the morning and being on point. Our telephone conversation set the tone, mood and atmosphere.
