★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed with Splashdown Eaves. From the quotation process right through to the receipt of payment they were completely professional. Their pricing was very competitive, in fact I had quotes that were double their price for inferior work (smaller downspouts). The estimator was very professional and polite, and answered all my questions. The installer was there early finished his work quickly and was also very polite. When he arrived he asked me if there was anything in particular I wanted him to take care of.
I find that the normal culture among trade contractors is to be very rude and not very polite to the customer. Splashdown is a very welcome exception to that rule, and I am overwhelmingly willing to recommend them to anyone looking for eavestrough replacement work.

Every visit I’ve made to Splashdown, Lexi in the front office is usually super busy working away on her computer but she always manages to be very welcoming. Excellent customer service!!
I was happy to work with Randy on these projects and I look forward to working with him in the future. If the rest of the team is anything like their management team…..you can be guaranteed to have a FANTASTIC experience with their services; I would highly recommend Splashdown Eaves!!

They provided recommendations on our downspouts that we decided to do and are very happy we did! We love the way they look and after a few heavy rainfalls, everything is working as it should! We would use them again if needed and highly recommend to anyone looking for this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splashdown Eaves did a great job on my new eavestroughs. Stuart came out twice to show me color samples and made notes as to where I wanted the downspouts to be relocated. After confirming the color I wanted, he went to pick up the color right away. When the technicians came to do the work, they reconfirmed what I wanted done.
