We dealt with Wayne and despite the challenges of COVID he helped us over the phone and via text promptly. We ended up expanding the job to replace our laundry room sink and repair a toilet. The plumber came first thing in the morning on time and the jobs were completed well. The fact that they were able to turn the job around and do it well with little notice impressed us. Recommended for this type of work.

Tub still leaks and my other parts never came in. 7 months I waited for parts. Never got them. when I complained they said oh and we have your parts. So no one was going to phone me. They had no intention of helping me or caring. No apology. Just an 800 charge for a plug. Use someone else.

After a courtesy call with Bradshaw Plumbing, what I thought would be a hopeless job became possible! I avoid the need to replace an old tub faucet shower set by going to Bradshaw. I needed an old pull knob shower diverter and they had it. When I called to explain the problem, I was met with a courteous knowledgeable lady on the phone. She offered many suggestions and told me to bring the old part in (see first picture). She even covered tips on what to do to avoid potential issues. Meeting her and staff at store did not disappoint. So courteous and helpful. Installed replacement part and the old faucets works without any issue (second picture). Price was excellent too. Can't be any happier! I plan to come back for bigger projects.

From the odd plumbing fix around the house to the installation of a new toilet, their work has always been fairly priced, trustworthy and professional. When it came time to replace our outdated kitchen countertops they were my first choice as a trusted service provider. Karen assisted with the project planning in a caring, patient and expert manner. When it came time for installation, all of the Bradshaw team members involved were knowledgeable and professional as the work was completed. Changing the countertop has improved the look of my open-concept kitchen immensely. The Coriander quartz countertops are beautiful and practical and the addition of a touch technology faucet was a smart upgrade that makes cooking and cleaning up a breeze. Thank you again to the entire team at Bradshaw Plumbing & Renovations for another job well done. I am so pleased with my beautiful new kitchen!
