★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayden was prompt, professional and had the part ordered and in within a day! My dryer is working perfectly now. He cleaned up throroughly afterwards and vacuumed behind my washer/dryer.
In addition, we had a leak in our crawlspace and we hired Hayden to install vapour barrier in preparation for the concrete pouring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems that repairman are becoming a thing of the past. It was refreshing to see that I was able to have my appliance fixed instead of being thrown in the garbage. Hayden was not only affordable, prompt and professional but he also a really nice guy. Hats off to him and much appreciation to see a stand up guy whose honest and thoughtful providing a much needed service. 5 stars ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a prominent hotel in Whistler we have quite a few staff accommodations around town. We reached out to Hayden to fix a washer and a dryer in one of our units. We were looking forward to adding a new service professional to our roster of go-to providers for our houses.
We booked a time for the provider to come by and I informed the provider to "Call me if u have issues" and provided my direct number. I silence text messages during the work day, calling me is the best way to contact me for immediate assistance.
I found out later after seeing that I had a text from him that no one was at the suite and he had left. There was someone in the suite upstairs had he called me I could have notified them that he was there and to let him in.
After that it took the provider an additional 15 days to respond to any of our emails to reschedule. The provide asked for a credit card number for a deposit. Again I asked him to call me to take the credit card number and again provided my direct phone number. We didn't hear from him for an additional 8 days after following up.
After more than a month his response was to recommend another service provider. No apologies or pleasantries of any kind.
Overall the experience was unprofessional compared to other service providers we work with. It's unfortunate. I really wanted to like this guy as I prefer to give the smaller outfits an opportunity over the well established companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayden was super helpful with fixing our stove, washer and dryer, all of which are older and needed parts replaced. Hayden was communicative, timely and professional.
Very grateful there's someone who comes to Pemberton to fix appliances and extend their lifespan. Definitely will call Hayden again if anything needs to be fixed.
