★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is never good. Filling gas is easy cause you don't have to interact with the gas attendant. But getting propane is a pain. Always an excuse to not provide you with a refill. Today for example is was raining. I asked for a propane refill. Literally the gas attendant walked over, looked out the window, saw it was raining, paused, then told me they were out....so i drove all the way over for nothing, because the attendant didn't feel like putting a jacket on for 5 mins to fill up my tank. I wont be filling propane AND gas here any longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always got my propane filled here for the bbq but went in today (Oct 23 2021) and was told they no longer fill propane tanks. I don't know of any other places in Langley area that do fill them so now I'm looking at propane tanks exchanges which are a few bucks more expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21Sep2021 8:30pm arrived to have propane BBQ tank refilled & employee said their propane refill hours are Mon-Fr 9am-8pm; Sat/Sun 9am-7pm and couldn't help me. Came back the next day at 7:50pm and female employee said they were closed for propane tank refills. Told them what I was told the day before and she said, "We closed today at 7:50pm."
Highly unethical and dishonest business practices which needs closer management involvement in practices which impact customers and their financial bottom line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People have been posting that they no longer off propane refill since March and yet they still don’t update the information online anywhere and only one tiny sign on the exchange cage. Waste of time, will not be back or recommend anyone come to this location or others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Langley location this morning to get my propane tank filled but was unable to as the employee at the counter was too busy chatting on the phone. After standing there patiently for 7 to 8 minutes, a line was starting to form behind me and she was still too busy to pay any attention to anyone there. I left before I got too upset and will simply take my business else where as long as she works there. This happened on March 7th, 2022 at around 9:15 am.
Complete waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station “advertises” propane tank filling. Please consider an alternate location. They do not offer filling. They only offer 20lb tank exchange. Which is odd because they have a vehicle fill pump as well as an actual tank fill station. They even have posted hours but the refused to fill my 30lb tank today.
