Brought the car to a different mechanic who found the underlying problem was a leak above the alternator that had damaged it. So I needed to get the exact same repairs done, in addition to this time fixing the leak that was causing the problem. I called and spoke to Huntsville Honda, but they didn't offer to help at all and wouldn't even acknowledge that they had missed this. Mistakes happen, but owning them and trying to fix them goes a long way. Not impressed at all by this service center - I would suggest you keep driving to the next one - if your car allows!

I called Huntsville Honda, on a Sat morning, to see if they could fit me in. Not only did they say to bring it right in, they drove me back to the dance competition so I didnt have to miss my kids dancing! They found the problem (was loose lug nuts, so an easy fix thank goodness), fixed it, and picked me back up. The icing on this fantastic service was it was free of charge!! I highly recommend Huntsville Honda, I wish I lived closer!

I wasn't quite happy after the test drive because I was sensing a notable vibration on the steering wheel (I jumped to get the car immediately after it was traded in and posted (at a late Friday afternoon) so they did not even have time to look at it properly) - my complaint was fully acknowledged right away and it was discovered that the drive shaft had to be replaced. It got fixed free of charge, and they also gave me a new set of winter tires (which was not advertised as part of the deal). Extremely pleasant staff, courteous, caring and helpful. Would gladly do business with these guys again.
