★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, professional service at this site and exemplary Customer Service from both Michael and Ethan. Questions answered and explained immediately as they maintain a detailed history of each vehicle on past services done. They even drove the car in for me as I was experiencing health issues. Very impressed with both of these employees at this site, and the management style that has allowed them to follow their passion. Since the owner here in Huntsville, Corey Briar, also owns the Bracebridge site, I would bet the service there is also excellent. I highly recommend Just Lubes in Muskoka and will definitely be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vehicle was serviced here last August. They left the air filter housing open at the bottom when changing the air filter. It was discovered 4 months later, and this vehicle drives down a dirt road to home after every outing. Dirt was ingested by the engine to an unknown amount. The entire intake was taken to their location where the service manager acknowledged that it did ingest dirt and this vehicle was a little tricky to install a filter on. The service manager could not help me and the owner has never responded. The district manager for Jiffy Lube was of no help either. It has been months with not even a "sorry for your bad luck". Be aware that any mistake they make will not be addressed unless you hire a lawyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience and I didn’t even get to have my oil changed. First of all they are so slow, my husband waited in line for over an hour just to get in. Once inside, the two guys were moping around dragging their feet and you could tell they didn’t know what they were doing. Then the power goes out. My husband was very frustrated at this point so he told them to just forget about it but that took another 30 minutes for them to wrap it up. In total he was there almost two hours for nothing. There was also a line up of 5 cars behind him. They need more and better staff I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my oil changed in the fall by Dave & a few days ago Mike switched my winter tires to my summer tires in time for me to get to work. I have found the staff very pleasant , non pushy about selling g you upgraded products likenotjer places I've been too. The line up has been long but that's because they are ahiet staffed. They work fast and hard once you pull in. I will return.
