What a great group of people! I phoned the dealership and talked to Derek Sealock about a Jeep I saw on line on New Year's Eve at about 3:00PM, i told him I was about an hour away and wondered if they were closing early. I told hi we would definitely not be buying that day as we hadn't decided on which model Derek said no problem and that they would gladly wait for us to drive up to see the vehicle. From the moment we walked in everyone was inviting and cheerful.Derek showed us the Grand Cherokee and we took it for a test drive. We also got to talk to Brenden Nicolay the Sales Manager. Neither one of them was a typical high pressure sales man, no "well there are a couple of other interested people"' They said go home think about it for the weekend and let us know, I called back Monday afternoon to let Derek know we wanted the vehicle, he sent me a link for the credit app right away, Gary Powers the finance manager reached out right away, he was also super nice, no high pressure "let's add this or that"" he call me back on Tuesday morning with the approval. I asked if Wednesday was too soon for pick up and he said not at all. Found out later he came in on his day off to deliver to us! When we got there to pick up the Jeep, everyone again was so friendly , any body who walked by said hello, obviously a great place to work. This is a Cam Clark dealership (where I bought my Superduty) and also had an amazing experience. Innisfail Chrysler Jeep is another fantastic, no pressure dealer that truly understands customer experience and are just a group of super great people in the Cam Clark Family.
