You can even watch it all be.done thru the clean glass window from waiting room to the shop. I feel safe to drive my car after it had been serviced by Travis and checked over by Grant. Trish and Michelle know the business and are friendly ladies. Thanks all!

My family and I got a flat tire on our way to Canmore, thankfully we were close to Innisfail and after calling every single tire shop in town Integra were the only ones who even tried to get us in. Not only did they get us in but finished our tire repair in an hour and charged us next to nothing for it. Thank you so so much you all are greatly appreciated.
D	Death Wish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can get tire mounting and balancing for 20 flat per tire in edmonton but recently move to Sylvan Lake. I came here because my friend told me it was 15 per tire. I spoke with Chris over the phone, we had a misunderstanding and was quoted 66 dollars for what I thought was for 3 tires. I dropped my tires off, came back and was quoted 105 dollars. Mounting and balancing are separate costs, comes to about 35 per tire. The most expensive i have ever paid. Regardless... and although ill keep using my buddy in edmonton, I'm leaving this 5 star review to let everyone know Chris is awesome and still honored the original price for which he thought was for 2 tires. Service was also faster then expected, took less then 30 minutes.
D	Don Topper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought some winter tires here a few years ago. I put them on separate rims for easy change over. When I bought the tires I was told the winter wheel change over would be free. However because I did not buy the summer tires there I would have to pay for the summer tire change over. I thought this was great and the shop did this for three years. This year they told me they no longer do that. They said they will do that only if you bought both the summer and winter tires there. I have a newer truck and I am still a few years away from buying some new summer tires. I did not like finding out they changed their service policy this year when I picked up my truck. I think they should have told me they are no longer providing that service prior to the service. On a positive side this shop is good at communication with the customer. They completed work in a timely manner. They were willing answer questions and they were easy to speak with. They also seem fair for pricing on their services. I have to say all the other service here has been without complaint. I found that the free wheel rotation was keeping me a loyal customer and as my truck ages I think I would be getting more and more service work done there. I would go back to this shop because there are a lot of positives but I would say I am less loyal to them over this situation.
