The staff was really friendly and helpful. Don't know what all the negitive comments are about, my overall experience was good.

Couldn't help but hear the doctor and nurse, complain about a patient then gently transition into personal life. LoL I was there for 8 hours then left without even seeing a nurse. They don't care for the patients, they just care for the paycheck. Went to Toronto and was taken care of by great Doctors. If you get lucky, great, but I do not recommend this hospital, you're better off at a veterinarian...

Dr Sawula and team performed the reset and cast on ankle.. Sent all information and exray to Credit Valley hospital fracture clinic as requested.. I Visited clinic today and advised surgery would be required as advised by Dr Sawula.. The Credit Valley clinic said they , Dr Sawula and team did an excellent job with the reset and everything in great position.. Thought I would pass this along to the team .. Colin Cochrane..

Everyone from the intake nurses, admittance nurse, medical student, and doctor were exceptionally polite and comforting. I'm usually very anxious in hospitals especially when I have to go alone but I was put at ease by their respectful and caring nature. A nurse noticed I was using my coat as a blanket while waiting for test results and offered me a warm blanket which just about put me straight to sleep! & I was also given medicine before leaving to ease my pain. Huge thank you to everyone doing a wonderful job at this hospital, I can't thank you enough.
S	Sir Corn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front line workers are fantastic. Be aware of some doctors. They would treat your symptoms as of a banal sickness disregarding the whole picture. Lost time may be critical. I had to look for help in Orillia ER for serious abdominal infection as 2 doctors in Hutsville ER did not want to hear me and offer Tylenol. Serious treatment is expensive, Palliative care is much cheaper. Be mindful: doctors are part of the health system and we are just an expense for it. Fight for your rights as its your life at stake.
