 claridge homes does not correctly calculate the condo fees when it gives the keys to the union (OCSCC) so the condo fees multiplies by 3 to 10 when the union learns the real values of heating, maintenance, landscaping!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder uses the cheapest materials on the market. Many of the units have repairs to be done because the builder didnt install correctly in the 1st place. To make matters worse. You buy the condo, you fight with the builder about discrepancies. Then the builder turns around and fights with the contractors over who will be responsible for the repair. A whole year and some later, I now have to move out of my condo for 4-5 days so they can replace my tiled floors in our main entrance, kitchen, guest & ensuite bathrooms. Yayyyyy....just what a new condo owner looks forward to.
