Everything was messy, the guy forgot to show up for pre-delivery inspection appointment. If you are buying, try another builder. This builder does not deserve the money they charge you for. The new management really destroyed the image of the company.

The technology provided at the sales center was helpful in visualizing where our future home will be. The model homes gave a good impression of what our future home could look like; the colors, design and placements are the best I have seen so far. The process and support so far has been amazing.... Look forward to the remaining process.

J	Jeffrey Armstrong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company itself seems to be very professional, they hire all the good staff to sell the houses and then cheap out when it comes to who builds the houses. Any tradesman who knows what quality looks like knows better. Walls are not square, flashing on the outside of the house left bare wood exposed to the elements and this is just some of the small stuff to look forward to when purchasing an Urbandale home. Don’t let this stop you though as most housing companies use the same subs that provide the same quality of work no matter on the cost of your home. This is what happens when contractors work by the job not the hour.
Y	Young Gouk Cho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good builder. Please look elsewhere. Have bought a home in 2019 and had numerous issues. No vent for dryer, no vent in powder room, missing caulking on exterior windows, incorrect sized furnace to name a few. Now, after 2yr and 3month our house starts to leak from the pipes and which is not warranted after 2yr. We now have to cut out partial walls from both powder room and the laundry room to find the leak and fix it. Although, I understand the fact the leak on the pipe is only covered within 2yr, but no one expects their house starts to leak after 2yrs. Also has numerous items that still has not been fixed since our 30day and 1yr warranty list. Really a disaster. The Urbandale build quality is not up to par with other builders anymore. If you are looking at their new build homes look elsewhere, if you do not want to deal with many issues after taking possession of the house.
