Like any builder, we have run into some issues (such as with the pre-wiring of all the home automation, networking, and central vac systems, as well as the issues with backfill on the lot that seem to affect almost all of our neighbours in the neighbourhood). We also felt that, at the time, the new home coordination process was not fully organised and there were a few errors as a result of lack of attention to detail by said coordinator. However, all in all, HN gave us a lovely home that, four years later, we still love and enjoy as we continue to customise it to our own liking over time. Thank you for a wonderful home!

The interior and kitchen design staff for the specifications were very knowledgeable and flexible. The two inspections during construction were very useful and the pre-delivery inspection was very detailed. The after service was prompt and professional. The HN Homes standards are very high with many features that no one else offers. The house was delivered very clean and was a treat to walk into. We have been in our house for one year. You hear horror stories about builders that cut corners and don’t follow through on their promises but HN couldn’t have been more different. Their attention to detail is unparalleled and they treat your home as if it’s their home. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Their attention to detail during inspection, the finishing in the house, and all the contractors they use for hardwood, carpeting, cabinets, and counters are very impressive. As a first time home buyer, I'd had no experience with the stress of buying and building a new home, but everyone at HN made the journey full of enjoyment. I can remember the first time I walked the Lynwood Model, Thomas helped me understand not just the features of the home, but the benefits of why HN builds a better home than other production builders. Leonhard made the selection process for interior features and products simple and fun, he has a good eye in streamlining the process and not overwhelming you with options. Tony and Bob on the construction team had extremely informative and detailed walk throughs to better understand the full function of many parts of our home, and ensured we were happy with everything before and after possession. Lastly, Thank you to George for making sure that every detail of our home was perfect the moment we moved in. I was especially blown away that you personally came to our home a day after moving in to congratulate us and make sure that everything was ok, while also leaving a small gift box full of home essentials, such as a level, tape measure, and flashlights. I would highly recommend buying an HN Home to anyone

I'm a Real Estate Broker with the REPS Brokerage who was working with an investor and after researching every developer in the city, we concluded that HN Homes had the best offering i.e. size, finishes at the best prices. Their commission fee with our brokerage was very fair and they were happy to co-broke with our brokerage. What I was most impressed with was their customer service after we had purchased the homes. We were set up with their in-house coordinator Julie who was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped coordinate all of our appointments with their designer Leonard (amazing), their kitchen and bath team at Deslaurier who made choosing colors, cabinets and finishes so easy and enjoyable! We are still in regular communication and are extremely excited to see the 5 homes we purchased as is our buyer. I would highly recommend HN Homes if you are looking to purchase a new home!
