J	Jason L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissapointed with the appointment scheduling. The designer center is overbooked, so it's hard to get an appointment. In accordance to the contract we were supposed to get it done before 30th of April. However they had 0 availability so they extended us to may. In may they had very limited availability, no weekends except Saturday which is over booked until end of July, nothing on Fridays and very limited availability during the week. It kind sucks if you are doing a course at work and unavailable to take time off or leave early. Very unaccommodating and very disappointing. Solution : More employees hired and extend the scheduling time into weekends and evenings for the busiest times of the year.

I can’t say enough great things about her. She saw my vision, was patient through any of my indecisiveness, offered great suggestions and really helped in bringing my vision to light. I highly recommend Richcraft and the design team when choosing a builder.

S	Sonya D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't provide seats for customers to sit and discuss their design selections...this is unfortunate for those with mobility issues. There are no easily spotted santizing wipes, gloves, or masks at the entrance. Bring your own. No water or refreshments. You get two appointments to choose everything, it is quite stressful as they do not let you drop by with an appointment and stare at selections in person (on your own). Seeing everything in person for the first time and deciding on your selections in only two appointments is quite stressful. Good luck if you are picky, and don't can't decide under pressure! Speaking fast is a must to get through everything quickly (good luck if you are not a native English speaker).
