A	Angela Persaud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappinted with my appointment with Dr. Hui (ear, nose & throat). I expected a step in the right direction, not another doctor that just wants to prescribe more medication. After waiting over a year to get in with this doctor, my appointment lasted 15 minutes. I wasn’t able to explain even half of my symptoms & I don’t think a thorough exam was done. Dr. Hui took 10 seconds to actually look at my nose. I had to keep asking questions in the hallway, because apparently my appointment was done. After voicing my concerns of taking a steroid product while trying to have a baby, Dr. Hui said “maybe you need to stop trying” I am very tired of doctors that want to give out medication & not look further into a problem. I do not recommend this doctor.
s	sarah milligan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have decided to part ways with this doctor. Having waited 18 months to meet with this lady it is so disappointing to have had this terrible experience. My appointment was booked 6 months ago. I call today to confirm time of my appt that was for next week only to have the receptionist tell me I should have been in there yesterday. No one called me yesterday and I asked why had it changed. They said they left a message on my voicemail that I hadn't received saying doctor was overbooked that day and to reschedule. I said I hadn't confirmed to change the date and that was unreasonable - why had receptionist not followed up on any alleged voicemail that I hadn't responded to confirm the appt. Dr calls me back when I'd mentioned I'd complain - she talks very fast and was rather irate about me not being happy and started to tell me they had overbooked and she has only 3-4 mins to see a patient so hence the need to reschedule me. I said well I had waited 6 months for my appt - not reasonable to be changing my date and it is not right to be overbooking patients. This is just the final straw as every time I have been she has been running very late, she is unapologetic always, and always seems to have very little value for your time - whilst of course her time is so valuable. Level of service has not been the standard I expected. So unprofessional - please consider carefully who you might use when you are waiting 18 months to meet with someone.

Dr Hui is an amazing surgeon and has a very compassionate bedside manor. If anyone is debating having surgery by this Dr do not second guess yourself. I have been nothing but pleased with the results. Thank you Dr Hui!

I have always found her to be personable, professional, knowledgeable, understanding and caring. I would recommend her to anyone and look forward to further treatment from her.
