★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their telemedicine approach is to assign someone to call you once a month just to check in with you and see how you're doing. You're better off bringing a box of burner phones to your local shelter with your number on speed dial and tell them to call you whenever just to check in. I guarantee you'll receive better care, and likely better advice than this place. As someone who's looking to get a handle on my mental health, I found this place to be borderline offensive. The 1 star is only there because it has to be.
The service may be free, but who's going to compensate me for the time you wasted. These will be moments I'll be begging for on my deathbed. Run, run as far away from anyone who recommends this place. Clearly, they have no decent judge of character.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible to get ahold of anyone. While it is a “free” service. They choose not to answer emails, don’t return phone calls. Take personal calls while on a scheduled meeting. Then ignore you when you bring up issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting the most honest and helpful care in the last 5 weeks (4 calls already by the same Dr!) Than I ever received by Psychiatrists and Mental Health experts I have had over the last 30 years. I feel better after each call and my issues are coming out more and more in each session. I am beyond grateful to this program

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently learned a lot about this clinic, it's director, and the good it is trying to do in our province and beyond. By making mental health and obesity support accessible for every Albertan, this clinic is what reinventing the wheel is all about. There are some 1-star reviews that I personally believe to be made in haste as this organization irons out the wrinkles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No... it's not necessarily the same support you would get from a psychiatrist but anyone expecting that is being unrealistic with their expectations. These are MDs with a passion for mental health who want to make support more accessible. I, for one, feel extremely lucky to have been referred to this place by my GP.
