β β β β β Went to HSBC branch at 1188 West Georgia, Vancouver. The Asian Branch manager showed me he is the in charge and I can do whatever and he won't help me. I have 5 Accounts with HSBC, 2 of the HSBC Business Advance accounts and one in the UK, India and Canada. Thanks to him and his rude attitude, I already moved 2 of my business accounts and will be moving the west 3 within the week. Hopefully, This will help for HSBC to know whats going on.

β β β β β Upon arrival, they were very quick to get me going in the right direction. Took just a minute to set up an appointment for later in the day. When I showed up later they offered me coffee which made sense since I had to wait for like 20 minutes! But the meeting went very smoothly, and the clerk was very nice and polite.

β β β β β Just went in and asked for a roll of quarters. They refused to sell them to me because I didn't have an account there. Really?!! Every other bank I've used has been quite willing. (I have a steady need for quarters to feed the laundry machine in my apartment.) Isn't it part of the public contract. We let them make massive profits in exchange for some small public services like providing rolls of coins.
