At this point I wish I could give them 0 stars. The other real form of communication is there online chat. I've been waiting for them to send me a box to send in my chromebook and nothing. The first online rep I spoke to didn't put my address in correctly. Then someone called me a day or two later and confirmed my address only for me to get a confirmation address with the wrong email. I apple to another online rep and confirmed my address and still no box to send in my chromebook for repair. At this point I don't even know if I'll get my chromebook sent in let alone restored repaired or returned. Worst experience ever

I purchased an HP Printer that can only be used as a scanner. I bought new HP ink and it printed approx 3 pages (1 line of coloured text the rest was black) before the colour cartridge failed AGAIN! $20.00 a page is very expensive so I returned the ink cartridges. I have unsubscribed from HP's emails 3 or more times but I'm still on their list. I called the 1-800 number several times and asked to be removed from their mailing list but they're still emailing me. How many times must I unsubscribe before they stop emailing? Obviously I will never purchase another faulty HP printer or ink cartridge from them so I want them to STOP SENDING ME PRODUCT EMAILS!

I had fantastic service when I called for assistance. The staff is very good and solved all of our issues with both our HP printer and our HP Ink. We would like to see improvements with the HP Ink program, though, as ink is not always sent on schedule and the main account can disconnect from the printer quite regularly.

I am very disappointed in the Instaink program. I was on this program with my previous HP printer for years and then I bought a replacement HP printer. I enrolled the new printer in the Instaink program October and never received a single printer cartridge. The online tracker said it was not deliverable which is surprising considering my shipping address did not change. I used the online virtual assistant which said it was shipping me cartridges but nothing arrived and the online tracking was useless. I called in and got a human being on the phone who looked into it and assured me the shipment was now on its way and I should have the cartridges in a week tops. Two weeks later nothing has arrived and the online tracking says I should have received them a week ago. The whole experience has been disappointing because I have not been able to use my printer for a month because I am out of ink. I ordered from Staples online and had my replacement cartridges the next day. Now that is service!

Purchased HP tri colour on line; made an error in selection of the cartridge type. I called HP support within 3 minutes to cancel order and take correct order. They were UNABLE to make the correction. It is now one week later. Order went out 8 hours after I asked to cancel; order arrived 3 days later; 4 days later and they still have not sent a return order slip. And, they have advised that it will take up to 20 days AFTER they receive the return package to initiate a refund. This is the worst order on line service ever. There is NO WAY to correct an order mistake, even when problem is noted within 3 MINUTES. NEVER ORDER HP PRODUCT ON LINE. in fact, I will buy a new printer, another company.

I ordered a laptop bundle on June 2 - received the monitor but not the laptop. Today is July 5 and still no laptop. I understand the delays in delivery due to the pandemic but this excessive. I have contacted the call centre FOUR times and although they have track of my notes for each call, there is a serious lack of escalation on their end. They claim that investigations and reports are required between the HP office and Canada Post regarding the missing item. 4 weeks of waiting and no updates on the β€œreports”. I now await a supervisor to contact me (apparently within 24-48 business days) and won’t be surprised if they give me the same cookie cutter statement.

Don't purchase their hp envy laptop. The speaker went out three times and the battery can barely last 5 hours (even when it's on battery efficient mode, with light browsing, and dimmed screen). Also in order to return items you have to call them.

Ordered a Reverb G2 Thanksgiving weekend and had it first thing Wednesday morning, realized it shipped with a first gen cable which is problematic for USB connectivity especially on AMD motherboards. Contacted HP through chat, they shipped that evening and had the 2nd gen cable first thing next morning. Fantastic service, with lightening delivery! Have had numerous HP products over many years, and quite happy with my experiences.
