★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to many Howard's Pawn Shops across the city and this one was my best experience ever. Very courteous and friendly staff. The owner had a price in mind for my item and he was thinking the same amount that I was asking for it.He is very fair and even gave me a pair of gloves for free to keep my hands warm for my 1 hour walk back home. I highly recommend this pawn shop. Thank you so much for the great service. Keep up the good work !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never been to a pawn shop before & was quite uncertain of what to expect. I had two rings that I wanted to replace. I was very pleasantly surprized. Sheldon greeted me & he took more than excellent care of me. His boss, Shawn, was equally helpful. It was a very laid-back atmosphere & I was ever so patiently taken of. I found the two most perfect rings-nicer than the ones I gave up & for a more than reasonable price at that! The customer service was excellent. I will not hesitate to go back.

Always been given fair price for anything I've brought in before.They even give you a courtesy call the day before your item is due for pickup in the event you may have forgotten. In business like this customer service is what sets them apart and this Howard's is top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this Howard's Pawn shop for several several years. Employees here are so kind and pleasant to deal with, they are highly the best with awesome customer service. Best deals in town for incredible products. I've sold many items to this pawn shop and they've always given me great prices to buy my items. Today I went there looking to pick up a new tv. They had a Large Samsung Tv on display, employee came over to me pretty quickly to offer me assistance. He gave me a great price on the tv and I took it right away. He even carried the tv out to my driver to deliver to my house. He even gave me a blanket to cover the tv which was super appreciated. These guys at this location are super incredible. I've been a long time loyal customer of theirs for many many years. I will always come to this location.
