I waited until it was safe to meet with a physiotherapist. It has been about a month now and I have no pain anymore. I have been extremely satisfied with CN Physiotherapy and their professionalism. Did a very reasonable plan of treatment for my back issue. Love the plan sheet I got on my assessment day, explains my plan and treatment.. an exercise program with videos to help me remember my homework! I have consulted my GP and recommended to see a physio. This was my first visit to a physio and had so many questions.Raymond did my first initial assessment and thoroughly explained my diagnosis and the treatment plan. He took the time to answer all my questions. He used different ways to make sure that I am getting the best care possible. I was also very lucky to have worked with Neha. She was also very informative and explained the treatment. She also asked me multiple times if I was okay throughout my sessions. Marriane was also very helpful on scheduling my sessions. She made sure that the session that I am scheduled into is in sync with my treatment plan. Even the assistant took the time to show me different exercises that can strengthen my back muscles. It has been more than 2 weeks now that I have no pain. I am very happy with the care and service I have been given and will definitely recommend! Kudos to all the staff members.

I started my therapy a couple of weeks ago and the pain is almost gone. Everyone is lovely and has a willingness to help and clarify any questions you have. I recommend it 100%
