Pro Physio & Sport Medicine Centres March

I fractured my femur on March 18, 2020 and after my 2 month follow up with the surgeon, he recommended that I should find a Physiotherapy clinic to commence with treatment after the initial lockdown had been relaxed. From the very first virtual appointment to the eventual in clinic treatment until now, I have received excellent care. Both the personal appointments are the clinic and the "at home" exercises have allowed to recover to almost my full pre injury condition. Everyone at the March Road location has been excellent to deal with as well as very accommodating and understanding. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of their services.

The Staff at March road are awesome. Always friendly and helpful. MK is very professional and thorough with her treatments. Incredibly strong for her size. LOL. I am very satisfied with my treatment plan here and would highly recommend them to anyone. Most of my family have been here for treatment of 1 kind or another over the years and we all think highly of them. THUMBS UP.

I'm really glad I found this place, and decided on a consultation. The physiotherapist is fantastic. She's knowledgeable and offers different options including acupressure, acupuncture, exercises, cupping, tens. The team is very caring and will show you and assist with the exercises to make sure you execute correctly. They are patient and explain things clearly. You can't go wrong with giving them a try.

I have been going here for physio after my ACL surgery and it has been great. The front desk and staff are amazing. MK has a done a fantastic job getting me back to playing soccer again. Would definitely go back for any future care.

March Rd Pro Physio comes with my highest recommendation. MK is truly gifted in her ability to assist with physical ailments and provide almost immediate relief from pain. I’ve experienced pain in both my shoulder and back and in both cases she has worked her magic to improve my injuries. She is incredibly hard working and beyond excellent at what she does. In all instances where I have had to go in due to pain, I’ve left feeling so much better. It’s almost unbelievable what she is able to do. Plus, the assistants are great/knowledgeable and front staff are very friendly! Other positives include easy parking, availability of appointments and a clean/welcoming environment. Absolutely amazing place. The staff are honestly so darned genuine in their care for you. I'd been shopping around for a new physio place without much luck, and happened to find this spot on Google (Hallelujah). I was incredibly nervous for my first appointment, but honestly, by the second appointment, I felt like I'd been accepted into this physio family- the assistants, the physiotherapists, the front desk admins...I don't know how they do it, but it's wonderful. I've had two assistants work with me, and both are incredible- they know their stuff, are easy with conversation, and definitely play a large role in the welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. On top of this, MK (my physiotherapist) took a full assessment beyond my injury, explained to me using google images what was happening, and talked about other areas that might be adding to the pain. There can be a bit of a wait, but it happens as a result of the therapists taking the time they need with each individual (I actually enjoy the brief wait- there are always friendly staff around, but this time also provides a few moments in my day where I can just breathe and relax). MK will work a little longer with me if I've had a particularly rough day, or will spend the normal amount of time if things aren't too bad. In either case, she never watches the clock while working- her focus is on you. I've also overheard the staff express genuine excitement for a client's progress- they really do want to see their patients succeed and recover. I'm a huge fan of this physio as well because the staff is not afraid to get in there and really work the muscles. Of course, they will listen and are highly responsive if something feels uncomfortable, but I've never felt like more is being accomplished in a single appointment than at this place. TL;DR: The staff at this physio are probably some of the most knowledgeable yet humble, genuinely caring staff that you'll find. The warm-hearted atmosphere makes visits a highlight of the day, and the actual work done on a client in a singe appointment makes a large difference in both pain and future hope of recovery for the client.

Wish I had found them earlier...I had chronic pain after a vehicle accident almost 5 years ago. Thankfully the insurance company reopened my claim and the vendor had changed from my previous one and this was the place I chose. I see Brent for my Chiro and Bhakti as my Physiotherapist. I was hesitant regarding physio as I didn't feel I got the true value when I had it done right after my accident but Bhakti proved me wrong. She is extemely hands on and noticed issues that were never addressed before. Hugh her assistant is also very good at his job. I cannot say enough how pleasant and helpful they all are and finally feel with their help I can correct what I have been dealing with. Thank you for the great support!

This place is great! If you do the exercises everyday you won't even need to go that many times until your problem is fixed! Thanks a lot to M.K for fixing my problem, she is great, knows her stuff, and explains what to do and your physical issue to you in a very understandable way! I will be going back for sure should I ever need another visit to a physiotherapist.
