I have various back, knee and foot problems and all of them have been effectively treated with professional, informative care. Not only did I receive excellent treatment, it is a joy to go to Nirvana. Lalit and Bindu are two of the sweetest people you would ever want to meet. They treat you like family. They take the time to educate you about your issues. And yes, I have thrown out my orthotics as well! Highly recommend Nirvana for any physical ailments. Thank-you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team here at Nirvana are fantastic. I went in a couple of months ago to fix the pains in my forearms. Not only were they able to diagnose my problems right away they also brought to my attention other issues with my body that I hadn't even noticed that were the overall root of the problem. I can confidently say they were able to solve my problems and I now live pain free and in even better condition then I could have hoped for. Highly recommend to anyone who is on the fence about try physio, its made my life so much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For what took at least 4 months of visits to this clinic -- two times a week and never felt any results to my injury ... the Nepean Sports Injury clinic could do within 3 weeks. I recommended Nirvana to a family member and had terrible results too. I don't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Lalit (& Bindu) for physiotherapy services. He first treated me 7 years ago while I was recovering from a broken wrist - today that wrist is 100% - in fact better than my other wrist. He has since treated my various issues - back, knees, plantar fasciitis, calf strain, and rotator cuff injuries. I have always been fully satisfied with his diagnosis, treatment and assistance with my recovery. Part of one's recovery requires dedication by the patient to follow advice for exercises to build on the work that he/they do. Patients need to understand this latter point. I lead an active life and need my body to be its best as I age (over 65yrs). Nirvana Physiotherapy often provides the support needed to ensure I can lead an active life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I injured my back quite badly while on vacation. I was able to be seen at Nirvana the day after my return to Canada. After only 3 treatments, I began to see noticeable improvements. It’s been three weeks since the injury, and my back is nearly 100 percent healed. Kind practitioners who are flexible with booking. Thank you, Bindu and Lalit!
