β β β β β My husband and I bought a DVD player that they said worked but when we took it home it was skipping the entire movie... I wasn't happy that we had spent the 50$ on a DVD player that doesn't even work and of course no refunds once you purchase something. . A bought two DVD that I really enjoy watching but both ended up to not have their dvds in the cases. And of course. . No refunds. This location needs to check their products before selling them. They obviously only want money..

β β β β β I brought in over $300 worth of xbox one stuff ( games controller headsets) plus a tablet and other handheld gaming devices. They offered me $50 for everything but the week before I pawned just 5 xbox one games for $40. They Gameboy DS in their store was being sold for $50 alone. I had 3 games and everything. I told the girl that I'd be back at the end of the week and that I needed 100. She just kept telling me I didn't have to be rude but I was just being loud as I was flabbergasted on how low she priced everything. SHE WANT ED GTA 5 AND OVER WATCH FOR $2 EACH!! THEY ARE STILL NEW GOING FOR $50 EACH!

β β β β β Prices are way off . All prices are new retail prices or even HIGHER! Example Bosch rotary hammer drill brand new Home Depot $188 this store sells it used for $349 .... sad because this location has a collection of amazing tools that they canβt push because all the prices are way too high.

They were short staff so the young lady behind the counter instantly took charge and asked another employee to assist with customers at the desk. After assisting me with finding what I needed I was pleased to know that we both had the same price in mind for the items I had selected. Thanks!

β β β β β I'd have to say this place is way over priced 98% of the time. Prices for used items are nearly the same price as brand new - in store prices. That's just ridiculous considering these items are USED. I know the staff here are just doing their jobs and what their boss instructs them to do. I have had very friendly encounters but as for the business itself I'd say shop around first, if you can.

β β β β β This pawn shop used to be my go to place when I needed quick cash. But lately this place has gone down hill. When your pawn slip says need to call 24 hours in advance for your gold get your employees to mark it down in their system. I want to retrieve my gold was told I never called which I did! Wasted my time going down there. The next day when I go to pick it up over half an hour wait just to get my items back after paid no apology no explanation not even a discount given. Shame on you Howardβs! I will be taking my business elsewhere next time. Donβt waste your time here theyβre overpriced understaffed and no idea what theyβre doing. Trust me when I say go elsewhere.!!!

β β β β β If you wanted to know what prices they have for pawning items, itβs 20% of whatever the items cost is. They have a wide variety of musical equipment for DJs and have plenty of guitars. If you like to shop and look around for interesting things this place has some cool stuff.

β β β β β Worst pawn shop ever periodβ¦ very bad customer service very bad negotiation skills trying to sell me barely used item for a price like new and referring their prices to the most expensive price online when it goes for way cheaper at other stores and acting like they are doing me a favor selling me the item at 80% how much it goes for new at most expensive price it goes for online.. they bought it at 20% what the cheapest price available online .. very bad stay away from those greedy people
