I brought my two dogs in simply looking for enrichment toys and they gave me so many options as well as tips for using them, and also showed me so many more items in store that I didn’t even know I needed but now my dogs can’t live without. Other specialty pet stores have always felt a bit judgemental but House of Paws has the opposite energy. With their help I’ve been able to transition my dog to a fully raw diet and his overall health and vitality has improved.
Plus they carry super cute dog beds and accessories.

We recently ordered the Gifts from Santa Paws this past Christmas and were quite impressed with both the quality and quantity of gifts in the box for the price paid. It even came with the absolute sweetest note from Santa Paws!

What blew me out of the water is after the first time I was at the store, Ella called to follow up with me about my golden retriever's new food. The staff genuinely and sincerely care about your pet's nutrition and I can trust the products I buy from them! They research products before bringing them to the store to make sure they're safe for our pets. I get great recommendations in store for what I should buy, and even a follow up call if I'm waiting for a certain product! Not to mention they love to support the community, they have fun events, they remember you in store... customer service is NEXT LEVEL.
