PreZoomably Cats

Had KoKo-Puff groomed last week and He and I are both Happy with the out come!! Brittney and her helper did a Fantastic job on him! I have recommended Zoom Zoom to all my friends and on Facebook . I will be getting my other two cats done soon . A job well done . Thanks so much

I took my Bella to Brittany at PreZoomably Cats about two weeks ago. Bella is an extremely thick-furred DSH with a bit of an anxiety problem. Brittany phoned me halfway through the groom to tell me how well she was doing! Bella was relaxed and happy when I picked her up, and both she and we love her lion cut. Highly recommended. We'll be back for sure!

I regret that I have decided to change my review. I had given 4 stars as previously I had really good experiences with PreZoomably cats staff and services. Unfortunately, once they resumed grooming after shutting down for the Covid pandemic, I am not able to receive any services, nor responses (but I am receiving emails {multiple} asking me to leave a google review). I had sent an email April 24 inquiring about a groom for my two cats, I received a response saying they didn't have safety info but they would follow up once they had more information and were accepting bookings. On April 27 they posted on their facebook page that they were going to be taking cat grooms starting May 4 - nobody followed up on my email. Over the next few days they posted that demand was high and responses could take upto 4 days or so... May 12th I sent another email inquiring about booking my cats again, and asking if we could prepay based on their new covid regulations/preferences. Again, I did not receive any form of reply from anyone. Two weeks ago I left a comment on one of their facebook posts (one that mentions they are behind in responding to inquiries), they have been active on facebook and responding to others' comments and creating new posts, but again, not a single reply. May 24 (a month after first email), i made the decision to find a different groomer. I was able to leave a message and have my cats groomed a day later! PreZoomably Cats has shown very poor customer service, in this instance, and I have shared my experience to all of my contacts looking for grooms. I am now recommending a different local grooming business, one that (at the very least) responds to messages. Any response is better than nothing at all - no response implies "we don't want your business"... So, while my experiences in the past have been decent, my cats have found a new groomer. Best of luck to PreZoomably Cats staff and clients, I hope you get things under control and show your current clients the respect any customer deserves. Hopefully I don't receive anymore email requests to leave a google review!

We are so happy with how they groomed our 15 year old cat. McKenzie was outstanding and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Their location is well setup with a separate entrance for dogs and cats. We were also impressed with their easy booking and website that explains their various services. 10/10!!

Amazing experience. I came in very concerned about nail caps that wouldn't come off my cat. The lady took the time to show me how to confidently clip the nails and take off the caps properly. Honestly, such wonderful customer service. I'll definitely be returning to this groomer.

I recently took in a cat who's never been groomed before and I figured she would be difficult. The staff was so great, and did their best with her, and charged accordingly. I really appreciate their willingness to try with her but also their respect to not push things.
