About Revera Green Falls Landing
Ageism is the most prevalent form of prejudice in Canada. Older adults can see their lifetime of contributions minimized and their independence eroded as they age and their needs change. Revera launched its Age is More platform to change how society perceives aging and to raise awareness of the contributions and abilities of older adults. Age is More challenges negative attitudes, stereotypes and misconceptions of ageism and provides a platform for seniors’ voices to be heard. We believe strongly that every older adult has a story to tell and a contribution to make, which is why we create meaningful opportunities for our residents to give back to their communities and continue to pursue the things that are most important to them.
Everyone is a human being regardless of their age or ability, and they deserve to be recognized and celebrated as such. We value each individual and provide opportunities to nurture their mind, body and ageless spirit. We do this through The Revera and Reel Youth Age is More Film Project. This program connects young filmmakers with our residents so that residents can tell their own stories and pass on the wisdom of their lived experiences.

Moved grandpa in law here to get better care because he's 98, but every time I visit him, he smells, he's wearing the same clothes as he was last week, there's dirty clothes in his closet instead of the laundry basket, found feces stains on his bed sheets one time, and not one person has ever brought to our attention these things. We're paying an insane amount, I would expect you could remind an old man to change his clothes. And if someone is going to tell me that costs extra, well that would just be evil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heartbreaking. What appeared to be a kind caring facility was indeed not the case. You are no more than a Billable body nothing more. Anyone that can lie to someone while there family is in need and string them along is sick please don t put your family member here there way better options elsewhere .

My father and his wife were one of the 1st tenants to move into Green Falls Landing when it opened - a major factor to them selecting this facility was access to assistance living should they need it in their later years. At 91, my father is now in need of the services provided by assisted living - after working with Green Falls for a number of weeks to finalize his assistance, we were notified at the 11th hour that they could not provide the assistance that my father needed and were told to look for another care home. This put us in a difficult position as we had to find a home quickly and would now be forced to separate him from his wife. Every Care Home that we talked to in our search were able to provide the needed assistance and were amazed and shocked that Green Falls could not provide the same assistance. Green Falls Landing should not promote that they can provide assisted living when they are not able to and/or seem unwilling to do so. Do not recommend this facility to anyone who requires assisted living!
