My mother-in-law has to remove it at her own expense and had to replace it with another one at her own cost. She was out $3500.

This is the second time we've used Hot Shots and will likely use them again if we need more plumbing repairs.

I did a check up on the furnace as well and it was made fast and changed few parts. It's working well now. The only thing i can say is that the guy who inspect my furnace didn't have a flash light and he borrowed mine and left with it. It was surprising this person didn't have his own. But overall very friendly and efficient and fast.

Hours prior to our event our bath facet started leaking, and while trying to fix it I injured my hand. To make things worse, our area of the city lost its power... We were lucky we decided to go with Hot Shots! We sent Chad pictures of our faucet and he immediately was able to tell us what component we needed to acquire from Home Depot. After getting that piece, Chad was able to squeeze us into his schedule and fix the faucet while we still had no power. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to him our day was saved! For any plumbing issues we would definitely contact this company again!
