★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay here over the weekend! Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of the village and hiking trails. The heated hot tub and pool were lovely. The rooms are a little dated but spacious and comfortable. We had an issue with the fireplace in our room not working and a cold air vent blowing near our door which they fixed as soon as they could by moving us to a new room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The suite we stayed at was quite filthy. Carpets were dirty (even stepped into a small nail), giant ants in the common area, washroom and even one crawling on the kitchen counter when we arrived. The washroom hair dryer works but is super weak. You would have to spend at least an hour to blow dry your hair. There's more but I'll just leave it at that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom booked this place for our small family reunion and I have to say, she did very well! Spacious suites, great kitchens, very clean throughout and a pretty awesome hot tub make this one of the nicer places I have stayed in Whistler in the past 30 or so years. I would highly recommend this to small families, small groups of people and anybody that wants to unwind. Really close to Lost Lake as well for a short walk or hike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO A/C and it was 30 + degrees out. No mention at booking of not having A/C anywhere (clearly they don't want you to know that) so it was an upsetting surprise. We had to cut our pre-paid stay short and come home early. Front desk shuts down at 5PM or 6PM so there's nobody there. No daily housekeeping either - again we didn't know that. I'll never stay here again. I feel we got scammed. Who doesn't have A/C in a hotel these days??? Honestly if the place had A/C it would be excellent but why hide that from people when booking? Be honest with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is absolutely spacious! It’s perfect for couples getaway and would be great for family vacation too. It is not really a ski in and out place so you have to either drive or take the bus to the gondola.
Deduct one star as there are tiny things that could have made the place much better:
1. Front desk staff was not too friendly. Showing some impatient attitude at times and wasn’t too helpful when we asked for information.
2. The supposedly non-sticky frying pans in the room are badly scratched. I won’t cook anything on that as it could be toxic.
3. The shower has a soap holder built in but it doesn’t fit all the tiny bottles of shampoo/shower gel from the hotel.
4. Wish there is sign in sheet for hot tub. Stayed there 5 days but the hot tub was always occupied(5 max due to covid).
5. To access the ski locker you have to walk through a few doors which was annoying when you carry the gears and try to get through door to door
6. Only one elevator in the whole building so during the busy check-in/out time with the social distancing protocols, you might have to wait for a long time, and not many dollies to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love it here. Great pool in the shade and sizeable hot tub. Units are large too. Our stay this time around was unit 209 which was fine save for the strong cooking smells that come in from the other units via the inbound drafts from the windows. Wouldn’t stay in this unit again, but generally we love it here and always stay at this development when we are in Whistler,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice lodge, hot tub is big, and the pool table is always fun. They could you less of the passcodes on the door, it seems ridiculous putting it in 3 times just to get to the lockers.
